What do DED offer?

Technical Support
DED offer free telephone and unlimited technical support and advice on all products and accessories. DED's engineers are trained to the highest standards by leading suppliers, enabling any questions on any of products to be answered.

Return-To-Base Repairs
For servicing non-urgent repairs, DED offer a return-to-base servicing facility. Simply return the product to DED's service department who will carry out an inspection before providing an estimate of costs for the necessary work. Once approved, the work is carried out together with a full clean and check / adjustment of the product.

Swap-Out Services
DED can offer a next working day, courier swap-out service contract. With this service DED will send a loan product (of the same or higher specification) to the customer and at the same time collect the faulty unit and return it to DED. DED will carry out any repairs necessary and then return the product to the customer by the same method. The contract covers all parts and labour (including the printhead in the first two years only).

On-site Repairs Through Equinox
Equinox offer a range of on-site service contracts for the Posiflex, Star and Honeywell range of products.
